I was initially disappointed that my arrival at Joshua Tree National Park was later in the day rather than the all day visit I had planned during a recent trip to the west. But noticing the twilight glow starting to illuminate the rock formations and trees of the park, I began to enjoy the time of day in which I had arrived at the park and took many sunset photos of the landscape.
