I was on a backpacking trip with my sister last summer in the three sisters wilderness. We were having trouble finding a good campsite, and bush-wacked a bit until we found this amazing ledge that had a stunning viewpoint over the valley. We stayed up drinking wine until sunset, knowing we were in for a show. It did not disappoint. As the sun set over the valley, we were treated to a dazzling display of colors.
