This photo was taken on the second night of my backpacking trip to the Young Lakes. I left the camp just before sunset to explore and take some photographs. There was no trail anymore, so I started climbing the up the granite behind the upper lake. I saw this photograph on the way down. I liked the light on the mountain in the distance and the tree in the foreground.
