One evening while traveling through town with my husband I checked the local radar and noticed a typical summer storm passing through. I had him take me to an open field so I could have a clear view. To my surprise I found a storm forming beautifully while the sun was setting! The sky was filling with color as a rain shaft collided with the sunset. I can't even describe how this looked in person, it was that beautiful! Just glad my instincts made me go to that spot because I would've missed it if not. Definitely didn't expect to capture what I did, but glad it happened!
