13th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Travel

On the last day of our honeymoon, we spent an afternoon on Dal Lake in Kashmir. The "shikara ride" on the water gave us a great opportunity to recount on the tumultuous month that had just passed and find solace in serenity around us. Needless to say, It was a beautiful evening.
