This former harbor right next to the grounds of the 1998 International Exposition in Lisbon is no longer dredged, making it fully dry land at low tide. At high tide, it's so protected that it becomes a perfect mirror reflecting pylons amidst for the clear, Ombre-filled skies of the setting sun.
