In April 2015, I made a trip to Tanzania and Kigoma was one of the places in Tanzania I visited on that trip. We stayed at place on the edge of Lake Tanganyika and made our way down to the beach every evening we were there because the sunsets were absolutely stunning. We would climb up rocks on the lakes edge and perch ourselves up there waiting for the sun to go down while we witnessed the transforming colours and cloud formations over the lake and the hills of the Congo in the distance.
