The photo was taken in the early days on the pandemic on an almost deserted Venice Beach Boardwalk in Los Angeles.I stood in this spot, one of my favorites, for about 15 minutes waiting for something to happen. And then along came this guy on his skateboard and his dog. I was contacted recently by someone who saw the image on the cover of the Santa monica College curriculum. She told me that the guy had recently had his dog taken away by the police and that he was really happy to see the photo. I'm currently having a copy made for the gentleman.
