I took this photo on a trip in Philadelphia. I wanted to capture the city capitol building but a random woman walked in the frame. To my surprised I felt the image was powerful. Here is a woman outside below 20 degree weather ask for change and kindness. This is not a life she chose but she's doing her best to survive it.
