On my solo trip to Switzerland, I spent a single afternoon in Europe. It wasn’t really easy without phone service, so I spent a lot of my time walking up the Limmat river which lead to Lake Zurich. It was a helpful reference point. I came upon a lot of people sitting at the lakes edge, feeding the swans and admiring the serene view.
