15th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
Swans flying high in the sky
On a beautiful afternoon in spring, the landscape was illuminated by soft warm light. I heard two swans fly by at high altitude and took this picture. Later on, the swans returned just above the ground, allowing me to take closeup photographs (one of these shots I have also submitted to this contest).
