Using double exposure photography, I juxtaposed my photograph of bedsheets with my photograph of a swimmer suspended in seemingly weightless space. In doing so, I display the complimentary texture and surface of fabric and water, as both are fluid and dynamic in nature. The horizontal edge of the fabric separates the swimmer's downward-sloping body with his upward-sloping shadow, creating symmetry, reflection, and engaging composition.
