Table manners

In the wild, scavenger birds often take advantage of the remains of a kill made by predators such as cheetahs. While vultures are commonly associated with scavenging, other birds may also opportunistically feed on the leftovers of a cheetah's kill. Marabou storks are large scavenging birds found in Africa. They have a distinctive appearance with a bald head and a long bill. They are known to feed on carrion, and they may gather around a cheetah kill to scavenge for remains.
