A late afternoon shower had just passed though Arches National Park when I climbed up to this butte with the sun at my back and looked toward Balanced Rock. There was enough mist in the air to create a small rainbow and the storm in the background made for a wonderful contrast to the red rocks glowing in the last light of the day.
