The teenage mind is complex. Outward stimuli blend with inner dialogue and a developing sense of self to create a cacophony of images and emotions that can sometimes be overwhelming. Here I tried to capture that experience with a portrait of my teenage daughter exploring the streets of New York. The image is enhanced to express the loud, vibrant and cluttered environment of the teenage mindscape.
