I am researching telemedicine solutions to reach remote areas of developing markets. This photo was taken by me a few days ago in a village one hour northwest of Bangalore. These brothers are children of local construction workers making one USD per day. The sisters were not allowed to be photographed. The telemedicine pilot camp was performed nearby.
