TEMPLE OF HEPHAESTUS

A nocturnal capture of the magnificent Temple of Hephaestus, also known as Theseion, located on a hill in the center of Athens very near to Acropolis and to the temple of Parthenon. It is a very well preserved doric peripteral ancient Greek temple, built of the famous white Pentelic marble about 440 BC. Theseion is considered as one of the ancient gems of the city of Athens.
