Texture of polyps on the seashell
I found old seashell with cluster of polyps on it on the beach (Ireland). Placed it on the black table at home and the room was somewhat dark so just partially emerging from the dark with dried polyps on its top it gave me mysterious semi-abstract photograph. Shape of the shell + interesting texture on it + grey-purple colors (and contrasts) of the shell and polyps in the dark of the room resulted in this unusual, abstract, alien look-alike still life image of the natural manuport.
