The 31st of January, at the village of Ardesio, in the Northern Italy, young men shows its power wearing and making sound the big cows bells of its family, during the fire of a wooden puppet, representing the old year dying. The origin of this traditional manifestation is lost in time and represents one of the better preserved seasonal celebrations of the entire Alps.
