I took this photograph in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. My son wanted to cut his hair. The simple act as cutting our son hair became a visual poem. My husband and my son sitting at the window in the soft afternoon light, his hair falling in slow motion on his shoulders restored a sense of time and space.
