The aftermath of Hurricane Maria continues.

José Chardon Silva assesses his slow progress in rebuilding his damaged home in Ponce, Puerto Rico, one year after the devastation wrought by Hurricane Maria in 2018. He with his wife and three children and puppy are living in two rooms of the basement for over six months as he painstakingly repairs the extensive damage to his home including rooms without roofs, a decimated kitchen & bathroom, and a living room requiring a new floor.
