The American Flag Above U.S.Post Office, Election Day November 3, 2020
The afternoon of November 3rd, Election Day 2020, I happened to look up to see an American flag atop a U.S. Post Office. It was tattered, torn and tired. As our Nation's flag twisted in the wind, it appeared to embody the angst, division and bitterness that had worn down the country over the last four years. But the stars were in tack and many of the stripes were still vivid seeming to provide a glimmer of hope. A flag befitting the moment to me.
