The Arch of Boldt Castle 1000 Islands NY
The Arch at Boldt Castle. Built by George Boldt for his wife. Castle is on Heart Island in the 1000 Islands NY. Castle was almost completed when his wife died suddenly at the age of 42. Mr. Boldt ordered everyone to stop work and castle sat that way for 70 years!
