A bargain between a handicraft seller and a non-serious buyer in a fair. The hard work and sweat behind a product was spelt out by the seller when an in-appropriate price was quoted by the buyer. It was an expression of utter dismissal with a guarantee of quality and price for the product elsewhere to be found in the fair.
