The basket weaving tradition during "Badna" festival time
In rural India basket weaving by women folk is not a uncommon phenomena, but what is stricking feature of this image is that this elderly women is weaving baskets in such an esthetic environment. This is somewhat unique free hand drawing on earthen floor made by tribal people during their festival time called "Badna" which is basically a post harvest festival.
