We were entering Antelope Canyon with our Navajo Nation guide. I was the last of the group, and just before entering, I saw and photographed this beam of sunlight coming through an unseen opening in the entry rock. As I looked around to the rest of our group, I was surprised that none seem to have either noticed or reacted to it. Perhaps the sun or eye or both, had just reached the correct place. It felt as if it had purpose, as if to grant welcome.
