The shot is of the Belize Barrier Reef, part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, taken from an airplane. Waves from the Caribbean Sea are crashing against the light green coral. Other corals can be seen as darker shades of green-blue in the clear water within the reef. I took the photo while flying from Caye Caulker to Ambergris Caye, Belize.
