I decide to travel alone in India in 2015, where I spend three months. I traveled by bus and trains from north to south. I loved Hindu vegetarian cuisine with all spicy ingredients, I always choose the local restaurant, where I see many locals eat. Very often it was a place I met local people and have interesting small talks. On this photo it's the owner of the restaurant. Usually, the owner is not serving people food, neither cook for them, but sitting on a chair and telling people what they have to do and calculate the bill and taking the money.
