I was walking around La Jolla cove, when I saw a bunch of people gathered so I got up closer and saw a guy with what looks like 2 fishing rods and some rope blowing massive bubbles. He dips the rope into a soap mixture and simply lifts the rods and out come the majestic bubbles.
