The Burning Bush

A showing of the Aurora along Lake Superior in March. Aurora hunting is always an iffy prospect. So many things need to line up just right. First you need the right sun conditions and then the right weather conditions. Michigan sits in a place where we are more likely to see aurora than other areas of the US, but it is still much less likely to be visible than in places such as Scandinavia or Iceland.
