The Changing Woman
The Changing Woman is the most beloved deity for the Navajo people. Her home is the mountain north from Flagstaff - Dookʼoʼoosłííd (San Francisco peaks). If you look at the mountain in the background of this image, you will see how it profile represents her long hair and neck, she is pregnant with the Twin Navajo Warriors, and the hills to the right are her legs.
