The Coexistence
I have captured this frame while visiting a tribal village of Purulia,West Bengal. The woman and the parrot ,both appeared to me as one single existence. There is no need to articulate their differences,as one belongs to Birds and the other ,to the Mammals. But the warmth they share is unparallel, the bond they feel is inseparable. They appear in the frame as the doppelgangers of each other, they appear as the "self" and the "other".They are different, but never ever an oxymoron.Together, they are singular.
