The boat decorated with lotus flowers and water lantern models is the highlight of the ceremony Loi Protip. This is releasing water lantern on Maspero river (Soctrang), a unique cultural activity of Khmer Buddhists, part of the Khmer people's Ok-Om-Bok festival Mekong Delta, Vietnam on November 6, 2022; festival meaning brought favorable rain and wind, wished for everyone's blessings, healthy, and bountiful crops. I went to the festival, was impressed with the scene of the boat and was allowed to take pictures by the craftsman who was editing the lotus in the night.
