The Crater

Ijen volcano in Jawa, Indonesia contains the largest acidic volcanic crater lake in the world. The volcano is one of several active stratovolcanoes in Jawa. The sulphurous fumes are highly toxic and eruptions in Ijen are often very hazardous.
