The great migration in the Mara/Serengeti is probably one of the most amazing spectacles that nature has to offer. I wanted to show the essence of the migration - the dust, the mud, the chaos, the confusion created by the great herds. It is that almost infinite repetition of the same event - a wildebeest crossing a river - that creates a spectacle of epic proportions.
