In Garopaba – state of Santa Catarina, Brazil – there is a hill and a small river that separate two beaches, Ferrugem and Barrinha. I climbed the hill in the late afternoon to photograph the sunset, but arrived a little late, the sun had already hidden behind the mountains. Luckily, what was left, in dramatic lighting, with maximum focal length, was the curved river.
