The dance of the fireflies (4)

This photograph was taken in Nanacamilpa coniferous forests in the state of Tlaxcala, Mexico. The fireflies, between the months of June and August, lay their eggs in the wet bark of trees and shrubs making a surreal dance that beautifies the environment with the intermittency of its bioluminisence. This is a unique spectacle that nature gives us in the Mexican forest product of the mix for an ecosystem and climate suitable for the dance of life, the dance of the fireflies.
