My grandmother suffers from Alzheimer's, and her husband, and my grandfather suffered from dementia. In this photo, my grandmother sits in front of the plants that were purchased for my grandfather's funeral. My grandmother did not realize that her husband had died, or that his funeral had taken place; because she could not remember. However, my grandmother loves plants so she happily looked after the plants following the funeral.
