False Bay, South Africa. I had unsuccessfully tried all day to photograph a great white breaching and was starting to get used to the idea that this would not be a day for photography. It was cold and the sea was fairly rough. Suddenly a massive great white started circling the boat his fin cutting through the water. I placed the fin in the left part of the frame to show the trail it left behind it and took the shot.
