18th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
The first frosts did not freeze everything

It was the first day of frost and I decided to go to the city in the morning and look for interesting shots and the remains of frost. The lawn on one of the main avenues was frozen, all covered with white crystals.
