Pigeons are interesting to observe. They all have their individual personalities - some are quiet, some are active, and some are just looking for food all day long. In the background, several of the pigeons were just too bored - they were pushing other's off the roof for no apparent reason. The subject of the photo was a victim of another of such acts, and had to activate its feathers to avoid plummeting to the ground.
