While visiting Atlantic City, NJ, I had the opportunity to photograph a couple of Franklin's Gulls resting on a railing. They were quite cooperative as they stood posing and squawking for me. Later, when researching Franklin's Gulls, I found that they typically migrate south from Canada and the U.S. to winter in Chile and Peru. I thought it would be fun to turn their journey through The Americas into a concert tour.
