12th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest The American Experience
The giant sleeps tonight
My brother, dad and I went to Pokagon State Park to spend a day at the toboggan run. After exhausting ourselves by riding the run all day, it was time for us to take our weary selves home and rest. As I turned to leave the run, it stood in its tall, cold, quiet state feeling very majestic in the setting of the bright Indiana sun. It's light crept over the track as if to say, "until tomorrow".
