Obesity is one of the world's biggest problems today. One of the natural ways of getting rid of Obesity is through Yoga & exercise. The breathing exercises of yoga in fresh air in the midst of the nature re-juvenates oneself. On my last travel to a small rustic hill station at Ghatikallu India, practised some of the breathing exercise and some yoga. During the course of the evening exercise loved the golden light of the sun. As the sun was about to set in the backdrop, asked this guy to hold the "Golden Globe- (Sun)" for me.
