Taken during my first visit to the USA that included a road trip to the Grand Canyon. I was mesmerized by the grandeur of the Grand Canyon and was so eager to set up my tripod at the first stop straight after getting in at the east entrance. It was amazing to get the opportunity to capture this iconic Desert View Watchtower at sunset - standing high above the cliffs and Colorado River.
