This is a photograph of the solar eclipse I took in Douglas, WY on August 21st, 2017. I flew out to Arizona about two weeks before the eclipse to visit my grandma for a few days with my mom. Then the three of us drove up to Wyoming and stayed in Guernsey State Park, WY. I followed the forecast on a daily basis and the day before the eclipse, I noticed that it might have been cloudy during the eclipse. So we moved to a ranch in Douglas, WY for one night. We viewed the eclipse on the shores of the North Platte River. Then we started the *very* long journey back to Arizona to catch our flight back home.
