The Great Mosque of Cordoba
This photo shows the incredible detail inside the Cordoba Mosque-Cathedral. This was originally a Christian temple, but when the Muslims conquered Spain in the year 700, the church was divided between the Christians and Muslims. In the 16th century it became a Roman Catholic church, and now, it still allows Spanish Muslims to pray inside the Cathedral.
