14th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
The Harvest

Photography creates a way to reveal the heart and soul of your inner child. My mind blooms like the flowers in spring with beautiful innovative ideas. Photography is a gift that should be celebrated with the world. My love for photography is everlasting and pure. I find inspiration in different places and themes it’s exciting to find something rare it’s an adventure in creating something new by merging your photography images together. My most recent work is a new series “Sharecropper’s Harvest” I use many different elements of design to produce images that evoke emotions or events. My work was influenced by Gordon Parks and Salvador Dali. I think by combing their two artistic styles make the images surreal and the elements are balanced. I’m interested in depicting the monotony of everyday life the things we overlook. My subject matter is about people's struggles you can feel the blues being birth. I’m always striving to improve my craft whether it’s my creative eye or photographic techniques.
