12th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
The horizon while hiking Sleeping Giant.
Deciding to go off of the many trails that cover sleeping Giant; my friend and I found a secluded ledge in which we took a break. It was amazing how the green trees contrasted in the meeting of the blue, spotted sky.
