There is a small jazz club nestled between industrial office buildings in one of Fort Lauderdale's oldest neighborhoods. The facade is decorated with jazz icons. We were drawn in by the motley colored walls that formed the path at the entrance. The path leads to a shipping container that is outfitted for a music stage. That is where we saw the brilliant colored flashes of light spotlighting the musicians and the Jazz singer grooving to her music. It was infectious; we joined in on the dance floor.
